BradfordExposed - Photo Event Sunday 19th September 2010
What to do:
Come to the Fat Fowl at 9.30am on Sunday 19th September.
Pick up the list of five topics and rules for the day.
Walk around the town, enjoy the Festival and take photos that you think reflect the topics.
Come back to the Fat Fowl with your favourite photos (1 per topic) by 5.30pm and the Photo Group will put them onto laptops. Alternatively you can email one photo from each category to andrew@eberlin.co.uk by 5pm on Monday 20th September.
Judging will take place on the evening of Thursday 23rd September by the members of the Bradford on Avon Photography Group.
The winner of each age group will have their framed work displayed at the Fat Fowl in October 2010 for one month.
There will also be an exhibition of photos taken by the Bradford on Avon Photography Group which are all for sale - please pick up a price list on the day. Members of the group will be on hand to give you some free tips on how to get more out of your digital camera.
SOME RULES
Photos must be taken on the day of 19th September 2010.
All digital cameras welcomed including mobile phone cameras.
Categories will be split into under 16 and adults.
We will have a memory card reader which will be able to talk to most types of camera memory cards. However, if you take photos using a camera phone, we may not be able to download your photos. We do have bluetooth though, or you can email them to andrew@eberlin.co.uk by 5pm on Monday 20th September.
By submitting photos, you agree that your photos may be used in future publicity materials for the Bradford on Avon Arts Festival. This could include the programme, the website, press articles, the Arts Festival Flickr group etc. A credit to the photographer will be included. If you would prefer your photos not to be included in future publicity please advise.
Judging will be carried out by members of the Bradford on Avon Photography Group on the evening of Thursday 23rd September. Winners will be notified by email and they will have their photos exhibited at the Fat Fowl in October 2010 for one month.
